Creative work on your device

Project descriptions, plans, canvas records, skills, imported assets and generated results are primarily stored in the application data directory on your device. Oloa does not provide its own cloud synchronization for creative work. Relevant inputs are still sent over the network when you use third-party AI features; local storage does not mean AI inference runs on your device.

The application stores local copies used for workspace recovery, caching or migration. You manage exported files, complete backups, system backups and other copies. Deleting content in the application does not automatically remove those copies or securely erase the underlying disk data. Check the scope of backup and deletion before migrating, changing devices or uninstalling.

Data sent to third-party AI services

When you initiate planning, image generation, reference analysis, image editing, layering or another AI-dependent operation, prompts, project descriptions, copy, skill content and relevant images needed for that operation may be sent to the AI service you select or configure. Authentication information is used for service requests, and the service may receive connection information such as your IP address and request time. Results may be downloaded from addresses returned by the service.

Connection tests, model-directory refreshes and model-interface tests also send authentication information and diagnostic requests to the relevant service. Some interface tests send fixed test text and do not need your creative work.

The recipient depends on your configuration and the actual service address. A custom endpoint or intermediary may be operated by an entity different from the company associated with the model name. Review the address and the recipient's privacy policy before calling a service. Submit only content you have the right to use and are willing to send, without unrelated sensitive information. If you enable backup services, some tasks may, after an eligible failure, resend the inputs needed for the task to a configured backup service.

Retention, training use, processing location, deletion procedures and account settings differ between providers. An overseas service may process data outside your country. Oloa does not make a universal promise that third parties do not retain data, use it for training or transfer it across borders. Deleting a local project or removing an API key does not withdraw data already received by a service; requests about that data should also be directed to the actual recipient.

API keys and device security

API keys and connection settings are stored locally and used to connect to your selected services. Credential protection depends on the distributed application version and system environment. A test version's credential configuration should not be treated as a security guarantee for a final store version. Protect your device, connect only to trusted services and remove credentials when no longer needed.

The in-app project data backup excludes API keys, image files, the asset library and the skill library; that file alone cannot fully restore your creative work. Copies of application data directories, system backups or terminal logs that you create separately may still contain credentials or sensitive information and should be checked. Do not send API keys to the support mailbox.

Diagnostics and support email

Oloa currently has no automatic upload service for advertising tracking, behavioral analytics or third-party crash reporting. You choose whether to copy and send the diagnostic information provided by the application. It contains version, release channel, environment, interface state and limited error summaries. System and development terminal logs can contain additional information and should be checked separately before sharing.

When you email oloa.help@outlook.com, the operator receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. These are used to handle support issues, content feedback or privacy requests and to follow up when necessary. The mailbox is hosted by Microsoft Outlook, whose handling of email service data is subject to Microsoft's policy. Email service data may be stored or processed outside mainland China. Locations and service-side retention and deletion arrangements depend on Microsoft’s service documentation and policies.

Support information is retained for the shortest period necessary to handle the request, with records legally required to be kept retained as applicable. The operator does not use support email for advertising or sell the personal information it contains. You may use the same address to request access, correction or deletion of personal information actually held by the operator. Proportionate verification of your relationship to the information may be required.

This website and hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and provides static information pages. The website itself has no analytics scripts, advertisements, account registration, comments or information submission forms.

Cloudflare may process visitors' IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and security access logs to deliver pages and maintain network security. This processing is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy. Other services' policies also apply when you follow external links or use email to contact us. Website access data may be stored or processed outside mainland China, under the arrangements described in Cloudflare’s service documentation and policies.

Your choices and contact

You choose your inputs, services, whether to initiate AI operations and whether to export or share files. Local features available in your version remain usable without using an AI service. You can manage local projects and assets, remove service credentials and manage backup copies on your device.

For information held by the Oloa operator or questions about this policy, contact oloa.help@outlook.com. For data already received by an AI provider, contact that provider. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law. If your request concerns obligations that the Oloa operator has under applicable law, you may also contact this mailbox, and we will address it within our responsibilities.

Policy updates will be published here with a new date. Review the relevant notices when using a new version or changing services. This website policy does not replace any separate authorization that must legally be obtained in the application.
