Software license and scope
If you obtain Oloa through the Mac App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies to the software license unless the store explicitly specifies another applicable license. This page provides additional information about Oloa usage, AI services, charges and support. It is not a custom EULA submitted to Apple and does not replace Apple's Standard EULA.
These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights under applicable law or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Features and third-party services
Oloa provides desktop features for managing projects and assets, visual creation, canvas editing and file export. Available features and system requirements depend on your version and the store description.
AI features rely on the third-party services you configure, valid API keys, model permissions, network access and available usage allowance. Providers may change models, policies, interfaces or availability. Follow the selected provider's terms. Oloa does not promise unlimited AI calls or continuous availability of a third-party service.
Application price and AI charges
The application price and sales arrangement are those shown by the store at purchase. Third-party AI charges are separate from the application price and are billed under the actual provider's rules. Purchasing Oloa does not mean AI usage credits are included.
Some connection checks, including “Test current plan”, make actual text-model requests and may incur charges. Retries, regeneration, edits or other new requests may incur additional charges. Check the provider's pricing and allowance before use. Refunds for store purchases are governed by the sales channel's rules and applicable consumer protection requirements. Questions about AI charges should be directed to the party that charged you.
Inputs and generated results
You must have the right to use and submit your inputs to the relevant services. Do not infringe others' privacy, intellectual property or other lawful rights, or use Oloa for unlawful activities.
AI results may be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to existing content. Ownership and commercial use can depend on input rights, provider terms and applicable law. Oloa does not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy or freedom from infringement. Review text, people, trademarks, facts and other rights before publishing.
You may report potentially unsuitable AI content through the support email. Provide the necessary explanation and remove sensitive information unrelated to handling the report.
Local data, backups and updates
Projects are primarily stored on your device. Workspace recovery copies are not a substitute for a complete backup. The in-app “Project data backup” export saves project, scheme and canvas records. It excludes image files, asset and skill libraries, and API keys, so it cannot restore complete work by itself. Back up necessary images, assets and skills separately.
Software updates, system changes, device failures or third-party service issues may affect use. Keep necessary copies before migration, upgrade or uninstallation. Test versions and other distributions may use different data directories; installing another version should not be assumed to import previous data automatically.
Third-party components are provided under their respective licenses. The license information in the application provides details about relevant components.
Support and privacy
Send technical issues, suggestions, content feedback and privacy requests to oloa.help@outlook.com. Do not send API keys, passwords, identity documents or unrelated private projects. This page does not promise immediate replies or a fixed service response time.
Read the Privacy Policy for information about data handling. Updates to this usage information will be dated on this page. Application purchase and licensing matters remain governed by the applicable store terms and law.
